Portland Estates and Hills Residents' Association in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Welcome to Portland Estates and Portland Hills.  We are a  vibrant, active and diverse community situated in the heart of the Portland Valley in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Starting in the early 1980’s, the community was built in stages by several developers, and now has a population approaching 6,000 people. For more than 20 years PEHRA (our residents’ association) has been very active in Portland Estates and Hills with a common goal to enhance the lives of those who live here.

What's New!

Thanks Bryan Davis, a PEHRA volunteer, for installing our new cork board on our Community Message Centre.  Now much easier for residents to post their community notices … local events, sports and club registrations, yard sales, lost and found!  A copy of our new Waterfowl Feeding guidelines has just been posted! Plastic pins are provided. PEHRA will monitor to make sure our sign remains in good condition. Our Community Message Centre was one of our PEHRA projects ….built in 2010 with the help of community donations and the cooperation of HRM!  Keeping our our community connected! Enjoy and share!
